Is breakfast included? Yes, full rates include our breakfast daily with fresh bakery, Homestead conserves, free-range eggs and our own gourmet muesli. Even if you select a money-saving room-only rate, with a day’s notice we can prepare a breakfast basket at $28 per person, two guests minimum.
Any current specials or autumn/winter weekend packages? Absolutely! Please email us direct and give us possible dates and numbers. We’ll get right back. Not all deals may be available if you use a third party booking site. Special conditions may apply to non-refundable pre-pay discounted bookings and to some online or agent bookings.
Can I book for today? We prefer a full day’s notice, as your welcome is personal and we like time to look after any special needs. Check-in from 3pm. We will confirm your reservation as soon as possible.
Is dinner available? For four guests or more, we craft a seasonal, organic-focused dinner (3 or more courses) respecting your group food preferences. Our joy is matching wines from the cellar. We need to know at the time of booking, as good things take time.
What form of payment do you take? We appreciate contactless direct bank transfer but can accept credit card by phone – Visa and Mastercard preferred. Full advance payment required December to March inclusive.
Can I get a refund? Just 25% is retained/chargeable for cancellation with less than 30 days’ notice; forfeiture of full charges owing for accommodation and services with less than 7 days notice of cancellation.
